This notice covers nessimworks.com only. Privacy practices for software we build for clients are governed by the contract that owns that engagement.

The short list.
Form submissions. When you fill out the contact form we receive your name, email, and the message you typed. We use it to reply to you and, if a project follows, to keep a record of the inquiry. Submissions are stored in our email and CRM and retained for up to 24 months after the last contact unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Server logs.Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL, response code, timestamp. These are used for abuse prevention and operational debugging and roll off the provider’s standard retention window (typically 30 days).
Privacy-respecting analytics. We may use a privacy-respecting analytics service (no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers, no advertising profile) to count page views and referrers. If we add or remove an analytics tool we update this notice.
What we never collect on this site.
- No third-party advertising cookies.
- No cross-site tracking pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- No fingerprinting beyond what is logged in standard server access records.
- No sale of personal information. Ever.
- No data shared with brokers, advertisers, or AI training pipelines.
What we set, and why.
nessimworks.com is designed to function without setting any cookies in the browser. If a future feature (e.g., a saved-preference toggle) requires a cookie, we will use a strictly necessary, first-party cookie and update this notice. We do not use a consent banner today because we do not set cookies that would require one.
What you can ask us to do.
If you live in a US state with a comprehensive privacy law (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and others as they go into effect), you can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email privacy@nessimworks.com and we will respond within 45 days. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
This site is not directed to children.
nessimworks.com is a business-to-business marketing site. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
When this notice changes.
We update this notice when we change a tool, add a feature that collects new data, or in response to law. The “last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are also linked from the homepage footer for at least 30 days after they take effect.
